I am sure she did leave a legacy - Passing on the trads maybe to your auntie?
When I remember my granny, I always smile.

After drying they used to remove the cloth and you have a paper thin piece of dried fruit desert. I have seen a modern version of this in Australia and they call it Roll Ups. I have seen the recipe some time ago on the net but can't seem to find it now. We used to buy them in a tinted cellophane wrapping and after eating the content used to use the plastic to look through it.

Hi Kafenes, just found a picture of real Cypriots making 'Sucuk' from grape juice. Since you ask they are my dear grandparents on my fathers side in our village - Anglissidhes. year 1938. It was before my time but they did carry on when I arrived on the scene. I like my grand dads Vraga/Braga/Dizlik.
