Cheap and decent car hire- Larnaka

Postby 621andy » Wed Aug 08, 2007 1:42 pm

A friend of mine is coming over on the 25.8, flying into Larnaka, and staying a week near Tochni. He then goes over to the TC side to get married, and flies out of Larnaka again on the 10.9

What would be the best way of doing car hire? Hire something for the duration from the GC side and pay the extra insurance at the border?, hire something that is already insured to go over?, or hire something else on the TC side whilst he's over there?

Wer're in Pafos, and I don't really know the other end of the island that well - can anyone recommend a decent car hire company, thats not going to rip him off that much(does such a thing exist?!)

Thanks in advance,

Andy

Alot of insurance companies do not allow you taking their cars to the occupied areas as the insurance offered is only third party.

Petsas will let you take cars over, and they will arrange insurance.
They got a desk at Larnaca Airport

http://www.petsas.com.cy/

email them for a quote rather than taking the web price
