Hey Guys,

here are a couple of questions to our land experts. I ask on behalf of a TC friend of mind in london.

He has land in Mazotos, TC land pre '74 as i understand it. It is still in his grandmothers name however.

My questions are:

1. Is he free to develop / sell/ build for himself on this land ?

2. Is it a complicated affair to do this being TC property?

3. How difficult is it to get is moved onto his name?
