Got a form a few weeks ago which enables me to claim a certain percentage of VAT back on what I paid for the appartment. Unfortunately, its all written in Greek which I can't read or write, though I can speak a bit.

Does anyone know of one in Larnaca that won't overcharge but will get the job done?

don't know one specifically but the main accounting body in the UK is the ICAEW (institute of charted accountants for england and wales. it also runs a Cyprus programme and has almost 1000 register accountants on the isle. a search on their website www.icaew.com should put you in touch with a suitably qualified accountant able to help you.
