Thank you Halil

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Thank you Halil

Came back this morning after spending three wonderful days in Cyprus . Manged to meet Lena and her dear mother and little brother who joined my self and family at Kourion for a wonderful Fish lunch.Lena sneakily paid the bill while yours truly was having 40 winks recovering from too much wine. I owe you a lunch Lena very soon.

My special thanks to dear Halil who met me at the pre arranged Ledra crossing , when for the first time and contrary to my stated position I visited the T/C Cancer foundation and met that wonderful lady Raziye , who does so much for the sufferers of this dreadful decease.
I was sad that Fanos , contrary to promises made had still not given the money he received earlier to the centre. In order to even things out I reembersed the centre with what one G/C embezzled and denied this worth while cause badly needed funds.

I was impressed with the organization and the dedication of the staff at the centre and will continue to assist efforts in the UK to raise donations.

Halil I found an absolute gentleman and bearing in mind that my views on the "trnc" are well known he treated me with the utmost respect .I have always stated that I would not visit the occupied areas on principle but there are times when principles have to take a secondary position and this was such a time.
