What are considered the best suburbs in Nicosia?

Where is land/houses worth more, and where is their value rising the quickest?

If I am not wrong Archaggelos, Makedonitissa and Aglantjia are the best suburbs in Nicosia.

I am not the expert on that...so I am not sure if thats the right order but I am sure that those are good areas and expensive ones. Many doctors businessman etc have houses in those areas as well. Why you want to get an expensive house??

I always though Engomi and Ayios Dhometios were pretty higher on the snob scale

I would love to own a property in Ledra, one of those old places with central courtyard built of sandstone. My mothers aunt had one, now some lucky person is living in it.

Those are middle snob areas

Those areas are not so quite thats why are not that snob I guess...

From visiting houses in Nicosia, Makedonitissa had the biggest snobs of all with the biggest houses. A couple of houses I installed at in those areas had 3/4 maids working there.

I live in Engomi, but I thought that was Makedonitisa?

Just wondering how good this area is. The house is at the top of that hill in Engomi but compared to other houses around here it isn't the biggest. In fact more than half of them are bigger than this one, however this one faces down the hill (ie, the view is better)
