When one didn't work, his Spin Doctors created another, each one further insulting the intelligence of the independent thinking American public (as opposed to those who pay blind allegiance). "In and out" we were told. Perhaps you can provide me with a more believable explanation for why the U.S. invaded and why U.S. troops are still there.
