Shaftalia is my favourite if done right. Don't like too many spices in them. Other than that, I love Kritharaki, though don't know how to make it:(

What about wild asparagus,eggs and gafgarouk (wild artichoke?) fried lightly in olive oil. Secondly Sheftalia with lamb, ofcourse,and thirdly Colocasia in the oven (minced meat, potatoes, aubergine, usual spices, some call it Mousakka of the Colocasia)) and some hot radishes. Thats my ideal Cypriot food. Oh God and there are so many that equally compete for the placements!

In Paphos - Full English breakfast with black pudding or burger and chips :lol:

I love them too. Tomorrow I am cooking Fasulya Yahni to be eaten with juicy raw onions.
