Thats my kind of breakfast........Mmmmmmmmmmm

My sister usually brings the cakisdez with her over christmas time. Can't wait.

That breakfast looks yummy Halil. My ideal breakfast would be to cut open a fresh pitta, spread it with butter and honey and fill it with slices of fresh unsalted Anari cheese.

Kafenes,
home made pitta or from market.
i like home made pitta with hellumi.
also home made pitta with potatoes and boulles (bullez) we called it BİTDA BADEDEZ. Even there is a place in Nicosia Called BİTDA BADEDZ ,they the only fried potatoes and Boulles in Pitta with tomatoes and Gollandra salat.
What a start for a morning.

I know this is a very old thread but many many thanks for this forum thread, it is an absolute wealth of knowledge about traditional Cypriot food, better than any book!
