One of my favorites has to be chilled Yalanci Dolma...best summer dish there is..

another of my cypriot favorites is Bumbar :lol: :lol: :lol: yummie...feeling hungry now :lol:

Iceman, are youtrying to drive me crazy. I Havent had bumbar since 1963 AD. Especially with pilav, and yogurt.

Resi is not actually a dish ... but its traditionally made in marriage in Papho...you know what....i dont have any family member getting married any soon but i know that in the wine festival in Limassol i will be able to find...people call me crazy that i like it but I do....yiammiiiiiiiiii!!!!

And vegetable soup from my mum as well!!! You are the man Raymanuva!!!

And what is the Bumbar??? And the kidris kaynanasi??? And kidris Gelini???

...and 'bumbar' is the stuffed intestines of a sheep. A kind of sausage.
