Today's lunch was Merjimekli Kefte. Instead of ball shapes I like it flat on a plate with some fresh tomatoes and onions and finely add some olive oil and sumak. I seem to have mastered this dish to a perfection. Does anyone know this dish??

I dont know that dish. All I know is that you are a pain in the stomach :lol:

It looks delicious. Would parsley on top of the tomatos change your recipe too much?

It's supposed to have parsley as well but couldn't find any in the fridge. :)
