Kafenes do you know if that food have a different name?

Lena, sorry for the late response, just got home from work. I might have heard some old folks also calling it Ichli Kefte but not sure. I really want to learn to cook all these dishes as I think they are on the 'endangered foods' list.

That namw can have two meanings: ! the kofte with 'something' inside

or lataral thinking the kofte with a 'heart'. 1st is more correct. The second is my imagination. hat food is still driving me nuts.

No I dont think I ever heart of that or taste it. My aunt used to make koupes but not any more.

I think that ia the Ral Cyprus flag designed by the joint effort of the Cyprus Forumers. I think that was version 29. You need to search for the most recent flag design. It looks more like a recipe book
