I agree totally, Copperline is more than a match for the hardliners Piratis, Kifeas and Sotos..I dont care what nationality you are a ok in my book, knowledgable, intelligent and well balanced arguements..keep up the good work. Dont let anyone force you to reveal anything u dont feel is relevent as this is what they did to me and now they throw it in my face at every opportunity in an attempt to devalue my posts where they find that my viewpoint differs from theirs.

In fact CopperLine avoided answering my questions, so I don't exactly understand when and how he "shut me up" as you claim.

What I see from the reaction of VP and Zan is nothing more that their usual congratulating each other for their imaginary "forum achievements" and since CopperLine is now officially part of their team they do the same with him.

Where did we say he shut you up? as usual you are distorting things to suit your own aims, people are not stupid and see right past what you are trying to achieve here.

Copperlines arguements are methodical and intelligent, hes way out of your league and does not display the venom and hate riddled in your posts that makes us move more a nd more towards wanting recognition for the TRNC rather than unification. If only you could for a few seconds see that you doing more damage than good with regards to relations between our communities but who knows that maybe our main aim.

 Zan says: "He shut Piratis up", VP says: "I agree totally" and then VP says "Where did we say he shut you up?".

Need I say more?

Where did you see the "venom and hate" from me against Copperline? I simply criticized him for trying to pass his Turkish bias views as supposedly objective and independent ones, by concealing his identity.

Here is what I said exactly:

If for example you are Turk and you say so, then people here will have a great respect to you because they will see a Turk who is trying hard to be as objective as possible.

On the other hand, if you are a Turk (or Turk related) but you are trying to present yourself as an independent objective observer, this can be negative for you, since in that case you would be trying to pass your bias views as supposedly objective ones. I hope you would agree with me that this is wrong.

I don't know why you guys are so upset about it. If was signing up with another nick name and trying to pass GC views as supposedly being independent and objective, you wouldn't say anything?

And VP, you don't have to tell us again that the Turkish propagandists in the forum are "out of my league" etc. We already know how you like to congratulate each other in your imaginary internet victories.

Yes you are right I apologise, he did in fact say he shut you up...well to be honest hes not far off. But Im certain you will cross swords very soon.

As for the rest of your comments if you cannot see the venom then my pointing out will not help you as you do not believe anything I can say as you explain it away conveniently by labelling it propoganda. Maybe you need to do some soul searching and realize where you are going wrong.

Bananiot wrote:What the hell are you talking about Piratis? Go and learn history. Do you realise that you are saying that the people that committed the atrocities in 1963 later formed EOKA B? I know it is convenient to have some hateful organisation to blame but spare us the agony. I thought you had more sense than that. All the books I have read claim that the paramilitarists of 1963 were Makarios and thus government sanctioned yet you lightly claim the government fought the paramilitarists. Either you are completely ignorant or a deliberate liar.

Are you telling us the "Ethniko metopo" was Government/Makarios sanctioned??
Btw Papadopoulos never had a paramilitary group, it's just in your dreams.

You have made up your mind Pyrpolyser. I shall not try to convince you. Good luck with your Papadopoulos but let me leave you ponder over this:

It is ironic that someone like Papadopoulos serves the interests of Turkey, in northern Cyprus as well as in Ankara

The above quote from "Zaman" which publishes an extensive analysis of the forthcoming elections. Further down "Zaman" reports:

As far as his policy on the Cyprob is concerned, Papadopoulos has become the siamese brother of Denktash.
