Murataga, you Turks are very good in killing and stealing the land of others. However everybody knows what you guys are all about. The Armenians know, the Kurds know, the Cypriots know, the Greeks know, and everybody else that had suffered under the Turks knows. Even those that barely escaped from you know very well. Any idea why? all i know they were sending representatives to Suleyman the Magnificent with expensive goodies and gold every year. Anyway all I know Makarios couldn't handle the state. Too slow to take any action.He was just a priest. Also he had confused Agendas. One time was talking against the Tcs the other he was calling them "our roomates" (to synoiko stoiheio). One day talking for Enosis the other for the "feasible".
One day caring less for the TCs, the other day making them roads and supplying electricity within 24 hours just because they kissed his hand.

It was actually Makarios’ idea to make Cyprus independent and abandon union with Greece that everyone (Greece, Britain, Turkey, etc) agreed with and from that moment on he kept his word and campaigned for Cyprus to remain independent much to the dissatisfaction of G.Grivas and the Greek junta so STOP getting everything muddled up in your head and then posting rubbish.

He invited the Greek Army to Cyprus by the thousands (later openly expressing his "apology" to the whole world on his speech at the U.N. about this) who carried out murders to annihilate the TC comunity.

The Greek contingent arrived in Cyprus AFTER Turkey repeatedly threatened to invade Cyprus and bombed Kokkina with napalm and killed many Greek Cypriots. Kokkina was a guns and munitions supply port from Turkey for trouble making Turkish Cypriots. Remember the Deniz incident in 1959 when TC terrorists were caught in the act?

Technically, under the Treaty of Alliance Greece was allowed to keep a force on the island for the training of the RoC National Guard.

He was a criminal that promoted and orchestrated the murders, enclaving, ousting and suffering of the TC community
