My friend's response to your questions/comments:

Telling the truth, when 2 kittens grew up together, they prefer to play with each other, than claw the sofa
And they really haven’t destroyed anything in my home, because they claw and bite themselves. I don’t even have any scratches on my hands
Besides they have a few toys (I would give them with kittens), so they don’t need anything more.

The reason is, that one of these kittens was not mine – she belonged to my flat mate. Now I’m moving out of this flat and my mate told me, that he doesn’t want to keep his cat and if I don’t take her, he will throw her away…
So I keep looking for a home for her. My cat – the red one (male) would stay with me, but I would prefer not to separate them (they grew up together), so if someone will take both – I will give both kittens… with my heart breaking, but I really wish all the best for them.

I don’t know. They have never seen a dog
BUT, for sure I can tell you, that because they are still very young, they can get use to living with a dog.
Maybe it would be difficult for a first 3 days, but later they would love each other
And a few words about them:
The girl is very, very friendly. She trusts everyone. You can take her on hands, hug her, do whatever you want and she loves it. She likes to play a lot!
The boy is not that friendly, he hides every time when somebody new comes, but he needs about an hour to feel better
Than he will come and persuade you to stroke him
