These people you have interracted with so far have collaborated to lead you into a false sense of security...What they forgot to mention is that Cyprus is the world centre of black magic and witch craft...Every year towards the end of September, there is a big festival called Souvlakia Festival of Sacrifice...This is the only day of the year the Greek Cypriot witches and Turkish Cypriot Witches and black magicians come together to eat, drink, and offer a sacrifice to the forces of evil and demon worship...The sacrifice is always a young Black American woman...Usually an unsuspecting Cyprus College student lured to Cyprus via this very Forum ...The High Priest and the person who personally slaughters the sacrifice and cuts her up in bite sized pieces for cooking on skewers called souvlaki (or shish )is none other than you friendly interlocuter Kikapu...Please consider yourself warned...

All culminating to a sweet Cypriot dish!! !!Beware of Birkibrisli all!!

It's good to have a good laugh with people who have not even met in person, such as Birkibrisli.

True story Bir,

The first time I ever saw a Black Person was in Cyprus, as a small kid, probably no more than 6 years old.

One day in Kücük Kaymakli, there were these Black Men who were dressed as Zulu's with "war paint" all over them with their spears and shields driven around in a open truck making these noises and scaring us. Then we were told by the elders, that if we did not behave ourselves, these Zulu's would take us away and then eat us.

What a wonderful thought, when one is only a kid.

I'm glad I did not grow up to be afraid of Black people, because I might be eaten by them.

Well, there is a right place and a right time for those who want to be "eaten" these days, no matter what the colour of the other person's skin is.

Theodore,

I'm curious to know what the rental car company said, for taking their car into the "TRNC". Most major car rental companies specifically write in their insurance policy and contract with the renter, that it is not allowed to take their cars out of the RoC.

Were you held responsible for the repairs, or the insurance that you obtained in the "TRNC" paid for the repairs.??
