Property for long-term rental

Postby Helen & David » Mon Jul 30, 2007 11:07 pm

We are moving to Paphos in September and seeking a long-term rental property. We are in touch with various agents, of course, but would like to consider any private landlords who may have suitable properties.

Basically, our budget is 250CYP to 320CYP for a 2 or 3 bed property, anything considered but don't want to be surrounded by holiday lets as this will be our home.

If anyone knows of available properties, please PM me.
Thank you. Helen

Hi Helen & David,

I have an unfurnished 3 bedroom air conditioned spacious apartment at Choletria village (near Nata village) which is a 15 minutes drive from Paphos Airport for £350.00cyp per month.

It has an open-plan kitchen/diner and large lounge area. double glazing throughout, three verandas, covered parking and additional ground floor access around the back of the property

If you are interested I can give you more details just PM me with your questions.

Hi Helen thought I would reply this way too. Appartment still avalible for rent. It is a small private development, We are moving to be nearer daughters school, otherwise we would not be leaving! Neighbours are wonderfull. only 8 appartments ( only 2 in full time use, others holiday homes and not let out ). There are also 14 luxury villas on development. Clu de sac location was finished in may 2007. There is currently no building work going on in surrounding areas. Views are amazing. My email is [email protected]

Hi, yes we are moving permanently to Paphos. No, we haven't found a place because we don't want to decide until we view in person although there's loads on the web! We will hit the ground running on 23rd September and with 14 days accommodation booked we have that long to find a property. It's easier for us as we are coming alone and don't need to find schools etc. I wish you and your family the best of luck with your move. Regards, Helen

You have a PM!

Hi Helen/David

I have a 2 bed penthouse apartment in the residential area of Kato Paphos- Exo Vrysis. Fantastic views of lighthouse and coastline and central to all amenities. it's a 10 house and 4 apartment development with a private access road, very quiet and quite a few permanent residents. Brits and Greek, very nice cultural mix.

That's interesting, may I ask what floor it is and whether it has a lift or not? Perhaps you could tell me more by PM or e-mail me at '[email protected]'. Thanks
