Correction please! Turkish speaking CYPRIOTS. Gadalavis?

DA

In Cyprus we have citizens speaking all kinds of languages. Non of them (except TCs) is acting like an Ottoman invader trying to impose his will on the island against the will of the great majority of Cypriots, against international law, and against human rights.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did ,Zan...
There are rumours that he had strong Turkish Cypriot blood.
Like the rumours that Denktash has strong Greek Cypriot blood.
And Denktash speaks very good Greek.

Very interesting link Halil. Especially the source and research done by a GC.
I never saw accurate figures before, except in the Turkish Press. These I would not quote, as the GC response would be "Turkish Propaganda".
I stopped counting the dead being brought in to the General Hospital just outside Girne Kapisi (Kyrenia Gate) in 1964. Usually brought in by UN Helicopters. They were good at that. Instead of stopping the killing they thought there duties was to act as pall bearers. (cenazeci)
