Land/Plot descriptions

Good day all

I have been Looking at land /Plots for sale

Some are described for agricultural (which I understand)

Some for residential (which I understand ..Build/cover factors etc)

And some are classified as 'Tourist' would I be right in thinking that this land can only be used for tourist/business development?

You would be right. Tourist as in hotels, holiday apartments, shops, leisure activities.

I think thats about it.
