i have cytanet 1Mbit with a 128kb upload they say they will offer faster but after summer it seems... this costs roughly £30 a month.. we have up to 10mbit with cable costing £200 a month.. and 4Mbit with adsl costing roughly £95 a month.. good prices arent they?;p

Yeh i have heard the prices in Cyprus are pretty high... £200 for 10Mbit

In the UK, with virgin media you get 20mbit for £37 a month..

and with bethere you have 24Mbit for £24.99 with a 1.3Mbit upload... but i hear virgin has fibre lines and you will see alot faster speeds then you can with any other adsl company/isp... but wih the 10Mbit cyprus cable i think ocnnection ratio of 1:1 and a 1Mbit upload

thnx fo the link heheh would be nice to be in japan cheap fast net... but eventually cyprus will have cheaper faster net... not long ago even ntl was charging £40 a month for 512kb

I was with NTL broadband for years, and £40 for 512kb was a fairly long time ago. Last one I had was a 10mbit line for £25 a month.

Yes NTL was taken over by Virgin Media. I have had NTL (now Virgin) for a long time now (before NTL it was Bell Cablemedia) and at the moment I pay £30.00 per month. That is for Internet, Cable TV and Telephone (free local weekend calls). Which I think is a good deal

I have never paid £40.00 for internet! The most I have paid for just the internet side of it was £17.99 per month.
