So now that i-choice will support 2Mbit will the other ISPs offer 2Mbit over i-choice also? I want to go with 2Mbit and only i-choice is available where I live but I would never go with Cytanet! Like their 1Mbit the 2Mbit will be good only for web and everything else will be filtered! What am I going to do with the 2Mbit if I can not use them as I want?!

Yeah, I never have a problem (1mbps Cytanet). My friend's dial up Cytanet sucks big style though. But then dial up pretty much always did. Just a whole new league of rubbishness with Cytanet dialup.

Cheers

There are alot of places in Cyprus that still can't get ADSL, so they have to use dialup or the 3G cards. Its a shame, but unless Cyta opens up more exchanges, then there will be alot of people using dialup for many years to come :(

Cytanet have over £600million sitting in the bank. They have the financial resources to give the whole of Cyprus ADSL network, but they choose not to. They have the ability to offer a better and faster service, yet they are too stubborn to bring people in that can help.

When I was looking for a flat, one of the rquirements for me was to be able to get ADSL. I would have loved to live in a village, but not if there is no internet options there.

Don't you believe it, we have made a property choice based on ADSL availablity. We have to have it for our work so no choice. It wouldn't be so difficult to connect the whole island.
