Here are some more killings in Iraq by the savages:

A highly sophisticated simultaneous truck bombing and rocket attack devastated a Shiite market district in one of Baghdad's safest central neighborhoods Thursday, killing at least 28 people and wounding 95. Separately, the American military announced the deaths of seven U.S. troops.

Although suicide bombings are common in Iraq, it is rare for militants to stage a double attack with such effectiveness. The attackers struck about 6:40 p.m. as the Karradah district's market area was packed with shoppers on the eve of the Islamic day of rest. """"

miltiades, thank you for your daily 'News Bulletin', I am sure we all have access to the newspapers and are all shocked at the terrible events taking place in Iraq.

You seem to take a great delight in referring to the opposition forces as 'savages' and I think you should not do so as it may encourage them to become even more aggressive should they read your posts and become upset by them.

It would appear that they have moved up a gear, enabling them to resort to 'sophisticated' methods in their attempts to advance their cause.

Since they have demonstrated their capability to strike in the 'Safest' areas of Baghdad, do you not think that it might be prudent for the American invaders to withdraw from ALL areas of Iraq and thus save lives?.

It is quite obvious they are not wanted there, it is widely accepted that they have no right to be there, it is also patently obvious that ANY death, howsoever caused, is the result of the UNLAWFUL attack upon an innocent people.

Sad news for you I fear miltiades, one of the 6 doctors has been freed without charge, you now only have 5 to rant and rave about, Ah well, 5 should keep you going for a little while I suppose.

What a blessing it is that not many people share your blinkered views on Iraq, you seem perfectly able to accept injustice, I wonder how you would react were you victim of it. :?:

Of course the marsh Arabs are still alive, so are the Kurds it's just that they've suddenly all emigrated, next you'll be denying the holocaust and saying that it was all American/western propoganda; all blown out of proportion.
I suppose you'r still telling the world about Gallipoli and what you did to the nasty westerners there, but, while you'r at it tell them about a guy call 'El Lawrence'.

Southerner, since you are now the bearer of 'OXI' (and I hope you have noted the date it was imposed on you), I was not going to bother engaging you further.

However, there are some small points I would like to put to you before your forthcoming descent into obscurity, concerning your fondness of 'name-calling' and 'insulting'.

You are an older man and should know that such behaviour is a sign of weakness, it also highlights the fact that your intelligence may be a little
below par if you continue to do so.

Please refrain from such comments as they are detrimental to the discussion and can resolve NOTHING.

The purpose of these discussions is to discover the 'Root Causes' of the atrocities we are witnessing on a daily basis in Iraq and elsewhere.

Some serious event must have caused such upheaval, the responsibilty must be borne by someone or some group, it is our task to determine WHO or WHAT may be the bearer of that responsibility.

It certainly is NOT, 'the tooth fairy', 'flying pigs', 'comical Ali the rebel without a clue', 'back Ali', nor any other of your juvenile suggestions, those comments belong in the kindergarten, don't you agree ?.

Let us try to discuss these matters in an adult fashion, OR, not at all.

We all know the root causes, you keep telling us "The evil west did this, the eveil west did that"! "The evil west did this, the eveil west did that"! "The evil west did this, the eveil west did that", you'r like a record player with the needle stuck.
Your only answer it seems is to blame the western world for everything.
Just ask yourself why so many people want to be in the western world compared to traffic the other way.

And you call that justice.

Southerner, for a man of your age you exhibit unbelievable childishness, I will no longer respond to you as I fear you have NOTHING to teach.

You do not even have the basic sense to know that 'Only a complete fool would insult a stranger', did your Father never teach you THAT much, mine did when I was a small boy.

Good evening to you Sir.

I was merely analysing the information YOU supplied miltiades, I was hoping you might respond with a positive opinion on the subject.

As usual you demonstrate that you are incapable of understanding the contents of any view which conflicts with your own.

The only talent you seem to possess lies in your ability to respond with insult and foul language, you truly are a most tiresome man.

In my humble opinion.
