House Swap

Postby loving it » Tue Aug 28, 2007 11:07 am

Hi Joanna

Would you be interested in part exchanging my property for your land? I need to get some cash. Or do you own a property in the UK and you would consider swap or part exchange. If so please call me (UK) 0775 8822775

Still for sale

Postby loving it » Wed Oct 31, 2007 3:06 pm

Due to time wasters this property is still for sale. The price is now reduced and is being sold at less than the developer is selling off-plan properties for. It is a real bargain for a detached villa with mountain views from all rooms. Not on a complex so no communal issues. Generously space from neighbours properties. 10 minute drive from Paphos Town and walking distance to local shop, bank, taverna etc.

We are having to sell as we need cash. Would consider selling or swaping/part exchange. This property is brand new, detached and never been used.

If interested call 0775 8822775 or email [email protected]

You state that the property has been up for sale for nearly 12 months ~ exactly how old is it ~ did you put it up for sale as soon as it was built

How long will it be before you have the title deeds ~

Does the developer have a mortgage on the property / have you checked ? as this could cause problems with the purchase

Does the property have some form of damp proofing during the build stage / any evidence up to now of damp problems

Although Tsada is not a location I'd thought of I'm mildly interested ~ the fact that it's not on a complex and out of the main Paphos area appeals to me.

I put the property on the market before it was completed.

No one ever gets the title deeds straight away.

The developer is K.Onisiforou. They do not have a mortgage on the property and it states this on the contract.

I have no idea whether there is damp proofing but there not evidence of it so far.

I personally love Tsada
