No problem......I don't understand these people how they can say Paphos/Tomb of the Kings is nice....its horrible!!!

The brochure sell Paphos how it was, not how it is. (then again if they sold it how it is no-one would go there would they!!)

Regards
Simon

rulla, If you live in Dherynia you will probably be able to see the devastation of the (once beautiful) city of Famagusta from certain viewpoints, it is possible that the reason for the lack of cordiality shown by the British, is the result of a sense of deep shame for their country's hand in bringing about it's destruction.

Stop them in the street and explain it to them, who knows, they may even wake up one day.

Don't hold your breath.

Why doesn't Cyprus just shut the borders ?? Only those of Cypriot nationality may own property...

Might rid Cyprus of the eastern europeans and crappy british areas..

Like i said, my mother recalls Cyprus with a hell of a lot more beauty...l

Best regards Simon

Simon the term Paphos is rather loose as it really means a district not a town these days, so when ex pats say that they live in Paphos what they really mean is the Paphos district which stretches over to Polis and past Pissouri the other way.
No ex pat in his right mind would want to live in downtown Paphos.

Spoken like a true Brit.
It would then have to leave the EEC. Cyprus applied to join the EEC it wasn't invited to Join.

Southerner, would you deny Britain's involvement then ?, are you only capable of accepting whatever information your media feeds you ?, the history books are littered with examples of Britain's destructive and divisive methods in dealing with others.

Not only in armed conflicts, but in all aspects of foreign AND, home policies, if you need positive evidence of the latter, look at yourself and the way you are able to condone the unlawful attack on an innocent nation.

Thank you for your comical 'Tag', I think it highlights the level of YOUR intelligence, as one would not expect a man of your age to waste his time in dreaming up insullts to hurl at one he may disagree with.
