No wonder you didn't like it, you should have stayed further out on the way to Coral Bay.

Cyprus Vending wrote:Hi Eliko

If you PM me your address, I will send you a box of product samples.

This will include:

Pork Scratchings - Pork Crackling.

Bacon Fries - Scampi Fries.

And LOADS of other UK snacks...

:D :D :D

Cyprus Vending, thank you for your very kind offer of sample products, I must decline however since we of the Jihadi (according to miltiades) are forbidden to consume any product of the swine.

Perhaps Southerner, or miltiades himself might wish to avail themselves of your products, they seem to be in 'Cahoots' with each other.

My best wishes to you and may your business prosper.

Maybe I may not be a typical tourist I simply wanted to meet Cypriots and talk, eat Cypriot food and have some good fun, is that bad ?
And Karma I would have liked to meet you

What you said in your first thread was correct. Many years ago Paphos was a nice place to vist and you felt like you were in Cyprus but now the place is a hole it really is. Its gone very tacky, karaoke, english breakfasts, bingo, chips this and chips that. Who wants to visit Cyprus to taste and experience this? You may aswell save your self a few pound and book yourself into Rhyl. Paphos is very much like tacky Costa del Sol now and these reports of fighting are not good. Ok, you can get trouble where ever you go....especially where the are a load of beered up brits drinking a skniful during happy hour.

I have been going to Cyprus for many years now and try to avoid Paphos if I can. I was there for just one day earlier this month and we made it a quick trip.

One thing I would say though. When the 'tourist' books a holiday in Cyprus he is not spoilt for choice is he. The majority of package holidays are too Paphos aren't they. Everyone says goto the villages/mountains but if you don't know the island or haven't been there before then you would look for this would you.

There are much nicer places you can visit though.

Best regards
Simon
