2 Italian MPs apply for TRNC citizenship.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Hi Dinos,

Listen my friend. I want to hear some fish stories from you. Could you one of these days write about a fishing day in the surf going after the Blue Fins (I believe). As you know I'm not much of a fisherman or into fishing, other than trawl couple of lines behind my sailboat, and let the fish catch it self on the hook, but I'm really impressed in the way you fish..

Good to hear from you.

Likewise, Kikapu - hope you're well!

Here's a funny one...we fish a lot out of Montauk due to all the action out there (bluefish, striped bass, sharks, etc). In the autumn, the striped bass start migrating to the Chesapeake and the schools start feeding like mad to bulk up for the trip. You can literally see dozens of fish in the cresting waves.

Anyway, you have to wade into the water a bit to cast out to them, and if you don't get there early enough, it gets crowded with weekend warriors. So I'm about knees-to-chest deep depending on the waves and this guy about 15 meters away starts going on about hooking a fish. Well, it was a bluefish and a few of its compatriots followed it to the guy and started attacking him. You'd understand how funny it was if you've ever seen anyone fly out of the water like that. They tore up his waders nicely for him and wandered back out to sea. Never go fishing for bluefish in the nude...

My apologies for the thread jack. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming about politicians dry-humping their constituents...

Thanks for the nice "fish story" Dinos.

As you noticed, I said "Blue Fin" fish, and I meant to say, "Bluefish".

Take care.
