The location of this villa is basically what sold it to us in the first place. It is about a 10 minute drive to Paphos Town. This is ideal if you do not like hussle and bussle. You are close enough to everything, yet far enough to get peace and tranquility. The local village is about 5 minutes walk. The village is beautiful. It is what we call 'true Cyprus'. Non-commercial. Tsada is also the home town of the Mayor of Paphos so he has vested interest in the village so it is well looked after. The only reason for us selling this is that we have had to return to the UK. This is heart breaking because the thought of us having to leave an idyllic and tranquil place like Tsada to live back in London is heart breaking. But needs must and we are open to offers for a quick sale. If we can we will return to Cyprus at a later date
