it seems like you disagree with alot, and yet don't wnat anything done about it because that's the way it is, that is thier culture, no one else should mess with whoever "them" is at the momnet. just an observation, not an attack, dear eliko.



I wouldn't go so far as to say that I wouldn't want anything done to rectify the problems WE perceive, I believe we should first attend to our own faults before instructing others.

Also, I do not think military intervention is the correct method to secure changes, particularly when dealing with cultures far older than our own. :wink:

yes, china murders babies too, and i'm with you paliometoxo---i would love to have a baby girl or two....


We already had two boys, my Wife went into labour for our third baby and produced twins (Girl and Boy) two weeks premature 6lb 11.5 ozs each. At 28 she's still my little girl.


that is cool, southerner. was twins a total suprise in the deliver room, or did you know about this earlier in the pregnancy?

I am currently resident in Cyprus, I will be here for a period of about 6 weeks before leaving for the Middle East for a short spell, I will then be back in Cyprus for a further spell of about 6 weeks before leaving for Europe, thereafter I will be back in Cyprus for a further period of some length, I hope !. :wink:

A 'Gun to the head' merely ensures that you have the person's undivided attention, it does not mean that they are obliged to take note, THAT is the philosophy of a bully, don't you think ?. :wink:

Total surprise, one big baby they told us, our daughter was born followed by our third son 17 mins later. we also have a grandaughter 7 and two grandsons ages 4 & 5.

Southerner, how long will your stay be in Cyprus ?, I think I will be in Europe through the latter part of November and back in Cyprus mid December, (Subject to any alterations) at a moment's notice. :)
