DT, if Talat refuses to see the July 8th agreement through, what do you expect T-Pap to do? You say he has done nothing, apart from the July 8th agreement, but that agreement is a big something, if seen through. If it is not implemented because of Talat's games, T-Pap can hardly be blamed.

While I agree to a certain extent that T-Pap could have pushed more for a solution during his premiership; I do believe that he is waiting for the EU to push Turkey into further concessions, and is trying to utilise the EU factor as much as possible in this respect. Hence: the waiting game.
