not sure of the break down, have a lot of experience in the uk but none in Cyprus. i have family in Cyprus and spend a lot of time there already.

As for performing rights..................... your guess is as good ad mine. ehat sort of figure are they normally? do you think the insurance i mentioned sounds about right?

i ahve ha an accountant look at the book, bank accounts etc and he was happy they were correct,

thanks for your comments

220,000 is ridiculous in paphos mate.
for that reason i wont waste anymore of your time.
i will say that most people who put demeaning comments are those that have probably tried to run a bar before and failed, probably because they had no idea how to look after a P&L.
running any business you have to be agressive if you can see this one working go for it, but i would say there are many cheaper venues for sale on the island giving a better return.
Cyprus does need a good british operator, they are few and far between.

Paul,

thanks for your comments. i am an accountant by professional so have quite a bit of financial experience.
whats your background? have you got any bar experience?

what area would you suggest and what would you say bars are making in the way of margins?

thanks again for your constructive comments

profit and loss .this is cyprus you prat .and you cant get a true result if you aint got the real information .and bar owners here are old school and dont pay half the things they should .as soon as a new person .that aint true cypriot buys one of these bars,he will be hit will so much health and safety issues /and all the things that need paying .it would be like putting a rabbit in with tigers .and if he made a go of it ,do you think he would get his deliveries and everything he wanted when he wanted, get real and understand where we stand here ,they love our money but we aint allowed to earn any from here ,ITS THERES
