sounds incredibly cheap for newbuilt flat in the center of Limassol... where is the problem with that flats???

All we have seen when we checked flats a couple of months ago, was 300 + X per month and small / old / shabby

I think the poster is perhaps looking for a rental apartment as they quote a price of Cy250 (not 250k)
