The festival which will continue until the 17th of July .
Groups from Bulgaria, Chile, France, Tatarstan and Turkey will be performing during the festival.
A delegation from the International Council of Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Folk Art, or the CIOFF is also participating in the Festival.
