The property is actually worth 69,000 CYP - but due to my personal circumstances I decided to put it up for sale on this forum for 55,000 to achieve a quick sale, however I have been advised by a real estate person with whom I have advertised this property that I can easily achieve 60,000. Hence the change in price. Also, it is my property and I can sell it at whatever price I wish to.

hi just a few questions

1) mature Garden, how old is the building i thought you said it was new?
2) How much ground rent do you pay, seen as though you mentioned pool shower, i presume there is also a pool so it means the ground rent must have to cover that aswell?
3) if it is a new building, is there a chance of being able to buy covered parking or a storage room?

Not a good thing to change the price as it does put people off a bit, also price in these areas is very limited as is anything that comes under Larnaca way, so not sure if you have been advised well as it is a 1 bed.

Well if thats what an Estate Agent told you, it must be true
