diamond1, the Neil Diamond impersonator in that area is very good (in my opinion), there are also quite a few other reasonably good acts around, particularly in the area you propose to holiday in.

Good Luck in your quest regardless of those facts and welcome to the forum.

As you are a Scotsman, I wonder if you have ever considered doing an impersonation of 'Harry Lauder' ?, now THERE'S a challenge for you, I'll bet that would go down a treat "Och Aye !" ....... Best wishes.........

Wait till they form a Honeycombs tribute band, the UK is awash with tribute acts, Fleetwood Back, Green Mac, Twin Lizzy, B,eagles etc etc etc, when you go for a gig at a venue one of the questions is "are you a tribute band"?
BTW what ever happened to Honey Lantree, I was gigging all throught that era around the Sheffield, Yorkshire/Derbyshire area with our singers workmate Joe Cocker on the same circuit..

Honey left the band in the late 90s to have a sex change operation.
She now is a he and like to be known as Jim Geen
