Since God does not exist I dont see how a non entity speaks through a living being. ! The curse of civilization has and always will be religion .

no way! people did not vote for bush in the name of god. bush self appointed himself! more people voted for other people than for bush. bush is a fool. and besides, this country is based on freedom of religion. that means all religions. or none at all, if that is what you choose. sorry exorcist-seeker, you are way off base on this one. but i think it is cute how pro-USA you are!

There is no such word in the English language. Have you actually completed your secondary schooling? I very much doubt it. Have you ever considered how easy it is for someone with your seemingly limited education to be led astray?

Only god could give a man that kind of power....

Adolf Hitler and Stalin were also powerful men so do you think God hand picked them too?

God speaks throught true believers, by there actions and words....

So is G.Bush someone that God tends to speak through?

The people who voted for G W Bush did so in the name of God!! Hope you read that last link

Of course I read the link. Was it not through a “democratic” ballot system of one-man one-vote that he was elected? I had no idea that God was involved in these particular elections. Do you want to expand on this?

get real, don't pick on the guy because he made a grammatical error. you KNOW what he meant to say, and i admire the majority of you people on this forum, who speak two or three languages well. i speak a few, but very rusty, and i get them confused, so i keep in in my native tongue. making fun of a mistake is like saying that was a stupid question---because there ARE no stupid questions.

Humanist are you actually serious?? A lot of people thougth Iraq had Weapons of Mass Distruction... Tony Blair had the full bacnking of parliment when they voted... so does that mean they all go on trial for there vote resulting in the war in iraq??

Think befor you speak!!

Yes I am serious about what I said. I do not believe that the war on Iraq is a war against terror. I do not believe that the coalition forces Australia, UK & US have the right to be in there. The invasion of Iraq is based on oil and the benefits to these three nations. People in Iraq today are not better off than they were under Husseins rule.

If there was a trully just world yes I would like all those who signed on the dotted line to invade Iraq to face trial. Like I said who is going to judge them accordingly. They have invaded Iraq because they know that they will not be touched by anyone.

I do think before I speak and very clearly and I can see the manipulation, power and greed that comes with it.

One of my little favourite quotes goes like this ....... "a rich man can appreciate his achievements ......... but a poor man with discernmet see through him".

oil is a nice benefit, but humanist, whether it is right or wrong, we wouldn't be there at all if it wasn't for the attacks on 9-11. and THAT i can stake my life on.
