Correction . Simple ...they are realists !

Sorry Miltiades, I think you have finally lost the plot. How long are you going to stick up for the USA? If I were you I would keep shtum. Stick to the Cyprus issue where you earn more respect.

that is NOT a realist. it is a conspricacy theorist, jeaolus and scared of a powerful country. a REALIST would acknowlede we have problems, but that we also do a HELL OF ALOT of good in this world.

hey eliko,
those pictures don't show me anything but some badly burnt kids. there is no proof, in those pictures, that an american did that to them. i poseted pictures showing actual interaction between iraqi's and american GIs. you posted pictures that anywone could have taken at any hospital, and said, "oooh, look what the big bad Americans did." i am not that gullible. i am sorry you are. looks like more propaganda to me, and i say STOP WITH THE PROPAGANDA ALREADY!

lets just wee what happans when CY gets hit with a natural disaster, and lets see how many americans go over to help you out, and how many of the evil americans donate money and goods to help you back on your feet. lets hear you all say NO THANKS then.

GorillaGal, let us assume that the picture does not portray injuries suffered as a result of US aggression, what then do you suppose a young child would look like in the aftermath of a bomb dropped from 6 miles above it whilst sleeping peacefully ?.

There are literally thousands of such pictures available, are you suggesting that they are ALL the responsibility of some other source?.

Even if they can be attributed to the actions of 'Suicide Bombers', they are still attributable to the unlawful and cowardly attack on Iraq........What say YOU. ?........... :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:

God save Tony Blair & G W Bush...

war is not a pretty thing, this is true. but if you are going to blow up other innocents (9-11), then you have to expect retaliation. innocents always get in the crossfire, it is a way of life. tell me what war in all of history, that innocents did not suffer? and in this era, with our technology, fewer innocents are geting hurt.

and tell me, btw, at what time was there total peace on this planet? NEVER--not once in recorded history.
as for that picture, if the suicide bombers are blowing up thier own people, don't blame the americans. how stupid is that?

Deni , the killings in Iraq are carried out exclusively my the militants , barbarians , savages driven by their warped interpretation of an ideology that in NEVER justifies such hideous actions. AFTER THE FIRST ATTACK AND WHILE SURVIVORS WERE BEEN ATTENTED TO , TWO MORE PERVERTED SAVAGES EXPLODED THEM SELVES.
Now you tell me who has lost the plot , and remember I do not mince my words and neither should you. Every thing that I post on this forum represents a conviction that is formulated after careful analysis of events.
THE KILLING IN IRAQ OF INNOCENT PEOPLE , WOMEN AND CHILDREN IS CARRIED OUT BY THE INDOCTRINATED SAVAGES.

"Two suicide bombers wearing explosive belts blew themselves up at about 5:00 p.m. (1300 GMT) among a crowd of the al-Jumailat tribe in the house of Sheikh Meshhin al-Khalaf in the town of Garmah," a police source in the town told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.

Afterwards, two more suicide bombers sneaked among dozens of people gathered to help evacuating casualties and blew themselves up, the source said.

Earlier, Khalaf called on a gathering in his house to urge his tribesmen join the Iraqi security forces to fight the al-Qaida militants in Iraq's western Anbar province, the source added.

oooh, pantheman doesn't like me! i think i am going to start cutting myself. and if that doesn't work, and he doesn't become my friend, i think i'll strap a bomb on me and go to my local market and blow myself up, along with anyone else that happens to be shopping. hopefully there will be children there. and then, well, maybe pantheman will change his opion of me and actually like me and my people.

'nuff said?

GorillaGal, I can scarcely believe that you can stand in defence of the the attrocities perpetrated by your country,
I think you are stretching the principles of patriotism beyond acceptable limits.

You speak of 'retaliation' for what you perceive to be an injustice to YOUR nation (under severe scrutiny by many), yet can condemn others who may be acting in a retaliatory fashion in answer to YOUR nation's aggression.
(accepted by most of the world).

How does one become so blinded to reality I wonder, do you think it possible that the government are 'doctoring' your coffee, or is it possible that the American public IS generally stupid ?.

Please do not regard this as an insult to you personally, nor assume that I hate America, I am merely reporting on issues that I have seen here on the forum and elsewhere, they have no reflection on YOU.

That reminds me of Blair or Brown or Bush doing their 'photoshoots'. All for the bloody (pardon me press) madia circus. The cameras had to be there. Accidentally of course.
