The sale price is only 138,000 By mistake I'd added on the commission price for a bloke who said he would definately sell this villa in a week. That was about 6 weeks ago.

This beautiful detached villa with outstanding mountain views. Surrounded by olive, almond and fruit trees is in need of a good owner. The property was completed by K.Onisforou Developers last week. It was built for us as a permanent home so has many extras, including floor tiles at an extra £17 per sqm. The photos do not do it justice as they were taken a long time ago when the property was not finished.
