Yes, I have all the regulations/specifications for all of the properties listed.

Is there something you'd like to know exactly? Or just an overall review?

http://www.bestcyprusrealty.com

However, they may not be up on our website until tomorrow.

A little incentive for all those;

I will offer a commission rate to any person who kindly introduces a client to myself that purchases a property via me. This rate will depend on the price of the sale i.e. I take £2000 cyp commission from a sale, I will give the person who introduced me to the buyer £500 Cyp.

Actually most estate agents do not pay a 3% commission on a sale, they usually pay 10% of what the agent makes in commission (they make £2000, they will pay i.e. I am offering 25%, which you'd get £500) or pay according to what they received, then share is out, if they wish to. Developers in Nicosia and the majority of the Island only pay 3% of the sale, to either some one introducing or an agent, not a lot pay 5% but when they do, they tend to be developers outside of Nicosia.

The above of what I am offering is 20 – 25% of the commission I make, it’s just over average of what other estate agents pay. Consider this comes from my pocket and not my company's.

Fair deal for easy money on your behalf :wink:
