No prob, just wondering how some estate agents get away with putting the prices on. Looks like a nice house , but judjeing by the closeness of the other properties id say its at least 150,000 over price. Good luck to you i say, its just a shame that there are so many ppl out there that obviously get taken in and pay well over the odds for things.

Totaly agree with you... but what the owners of this house should do if they was ripped off by local developer 1 year ago? Would you sale your property cheaper then you got it? Here is your answer - or they will sale for at list the amount that the spend on it or they will simply keep it
