If this is the case then i do feel a bit sorry for them , but it was obviously a big (financially speaking) mistake, so they obvioulsy have a lot of cash to burn in order to buy a grossly overpriced house like that in the first place. Doesnt mean that every other poor sod has to get ripped off aswell, obviously its their choice if they like it and are preppared to pay for it then why not, but it makes them and you no better than the deveolper in the first place doesnt it?

Joanna, you should not judge the price of somth that you did not even see it. For example the curtines in this house cost 22 000 CYP, from here you can get an idea how much other things cost that have been added to the walls of this villa . So please just stop feel sorry or judge somebody. From the quantity of posts from you am afraid that you just got a lot of free time, i would sagest you to spend it for somth more usfull
