I'm looking for a lawyer to handle a title deeds issue for me and I also need the services of an architect/structural engineer for a roof modification. Essential criteria for both is: trustworthy, competent, generally available, excellent written and spoken english, e-mail user. I'm located in the Larnaca area but I'm perfectly happy to deal with people outside the area.

Anyone have any recommendations (based on your own experiences)?
