Sorry but i dont rate your chances of finding something for that price and the way you are asking it to be. I think even c**p holes in Limassol are more than that price now, prices are going mad. My friend is selling her appartment has had it for sale for a few months now, started at 83,500 and has dropped it now and would no way accept less than 75,000 for it and it needs quite a bit of work on it aswell.
