I say we agree on 18% - 82%...after living peacefully for a good 10 years without resentment or political war we can talk about unifying properly....

Wouldnt this be a better option than what we have now?

Piratis wrote:We said VP, there would be no GCs in that 18% and no TCs in that 82%. As it stands now there are much more more TCs living in the free areas, so if one should have been asking for more using this reason those should have been us, not you.

So again: 18% for you, 82% for us. We will deal and compensate any GCs with claims, and you will deal and compensate any TCs with claims. OK?

Accepted.

OK, so now all it remains is to make that an official proposal to Republic of Cyprus and the UN. Then the UN can create a new plan compromising only of the land distribution and guarantees that you will honor the agreement (e.g. you will get no recognition until all land agreed is returned) and thats basically it. Did we come to an agreement?

Agreed.

Aren’t your people the remnants of the Ottomans in Cyprus? Are you attempting to detach yourself from your ancestors so as not to inherit their woes?

but your father discriminated and reduced my my father into a second class citizen only 40 years ago.

Well isn’t he VERY lucky that he was only reduced to a second class citizen because my great grandfather, and everyone else before him, was reduced to a slave so I guess you can count your blessings.

When you next pray to your God please don’t forget to say a BIG… “Thank you” …that GC’s found it in their hearts to treat your father as a citizen of some sort.

Don’t EVER forget that for us indigenous Cypriots the Cyprus problem did not start in 1963 but in 1571. Thank you.

Regards, GR.

You are so blinded by your nationalist tripe that you miss the point, go back and try again.

Sorry but you are not dividing my country up betwen yourselves,at least not until I am dead and buried.... So you better start working on reunification,as that is the only way our country and our nation will find the peace and prosperity she deserves...
