Ok please tell me some hyper easy program for importing

Subtitles in movies.Like Avi subtitler.But the problem is this program does not work,It just insist I haven't input a video.Which is just noncence as I cheked the format with total video convertor

I use Ulead DVD Workshop 2. It is quite intuitive and very powerful for authoring DVDs with many pro features. It subtitles in any language quite well, with great flexibility.

Caveats:
It will pass 16:9 video but its menus are in 4:3
It will pass DD 5.1 sound, but cannot encode it
It, in common with most video software, will not work under Vista.
It is not cheap!

:PCan it import plain avi with txt subtitles for example?I mean minus dvd's
