Should religion be discussed here, in the General Chat board?

Religion should be definitely banned from this forum altogether

if people do not want to discuss about religion they can simply ignore the topic.

All very well. But when a 1920x1200 resolution starts to get full of uppercase religious flame baits then it can be well annoying. At the very least, with this amount of obvious interest because of the very recent massive explosion of religious posts, then a seperate forum area should be opened. I mean there is one for jokes even...

As for ignoring posts, well I think we do. Isn't it like just a handfull of people? Ahem, not that that in any way should stop you from opening a seperate area considering the massive interest there obviously is in religious flame baits/ wars from all the posts lately.

Cheers

easier said than done cypezokyli. When offtopic is getting full on the same subject, it does get very boring and annoying.

What are you talking about? General Chat is a board. Cyprus Problem is a board, even if in a different category. They are both (and all the others) are boards within a single forum. To add a new board and/or category within this forum is 5 minutes' work, at the most, and requires no extra hardware.

Get real, man! :D

Exactly. It's seriously easy to do. Plus better for the posters themselves as only people who are interested will be baited to flame within it.

ok, it does seem that there are alot of threads based on religion. maybe it IS time to create it's own section. the voting seems strongly in favor of it....

I wasn't critising you, I was just stating that rarely does the majority get listened to.
