If you are parked on private property, then the police have no right of entry and require a search warrant to search your car. Carrefour car parks are private property.

having checked with the AA yes you need them all and dont forget the jacket

Maybe the Paphos police should investigate the management at Carrefour as they seemed to be the only store selling not just all three items in kit form but 4 as they had the jackets too and have done for many months????? small coincidence that I'll be chocolate !!!!!!!
