I actually enjoy all the news Halil posts. I have been accused of not reading very much news from the "TRNC", so this is my chance to do so, so I for one appreciate what Halil posts, no matter what the subject is.

I do get a little bored however, reading the "same news" in the third sentence, which I've already read in the first sentence. There seems to be a lot of "repeat news" just to fill the space, my guess is.

Halil, can you edit all the repetitious sentences, and just give us the "main news". It gets tiring reading the same thing that was read few seconds earlier.

I still can't see what your problem is with Halils' postings. Do you not want to know what is going on?

If i got all my news just from Bayrak i'd be a little afraid. Its like getting all your news from Mahi over here. Maybe he can have his own news section and we can all add clippings in there from different newpapers regarding the cyprus issue.

I still would love to hear what Halils personal views are on some matters rather than what the firm he works for believes.

Absolutely right and it is up to you to get your news in varied ways but he is helping you so that you do not have to waste time looking for it Is theere anything in hios posts that you disagree with. He seems to be just reporting what is going on so what does his personal views matter if he does not want to express them. When a journalist expresses his view he is slated for doing so because he is supposed to be reporting and noy have a baised view so he is damned if he does and so on.....

I think that the objections are a ban on any good news cominmg out of the TRNC/KKTC rather than the way they are represented. Don't you think that the "RoC" has had a monoploly on brainwashing its own people to the extent that most don't know reality from propaganda. More power to your elbow Halil. We can't turn away from what is happening in the real world if we want to get to the bottom of this whole affair.

Zan don't take this as a Greek-turkish thing. I'd have a problem with Halil posting Politis every day up here. This has nothing to do with ROC propaganda or the north having a voice. this has to do with a forum where people express their views for themselves. Not on behalf of parties, pressure groups, companies govts or papers....their own views.

As an example i'll give you the version written in Phileleftheros today of the same story. The meeting ended abruptly when soyer made a call for the talat and tpap to meet so that the 2 countries (people) can begin talking about a resolution again.

Now i don't care which version is correct or not, I'll get my news from the cypriot papers and will always check up on turkishpress.com and turkishdailynews (especially the opinion pages). I will the come on this forum to express my views on the day based on what i read and understood.

Halil is a newsboy. If he tells me what he thinks no matter how much i might disagree with him i'll respect him much much more.

we don't get the news from mahi or others.we have our own news depertman.
does'nt mean that u are getting news from turkish press the others will not get it. in this way u are wrong.it is better to get the news from other sources as well.

sorry if i gave you that impression halil. I am allergic to suspicious news stemming from either side. I may have been over paranoid with you however Bayrak news does not carry the most impartial of reputations. I remember being a kid growing up and wtaching bayrak tv because every friday or somethng they'd put a movie on. In the middle of the movie it would get interrupted and Greek!! news would come on explaining to us the worngs of our society and the rights of yours.

That was past.....Some how most of the cypriots are stuck at past..... if u stuck with yesterday u can not see your head. try to watch BRT2 on UHF CH33 Pls let me know what is the differences between now and past. or ( u can get us from www.brtk.net) from radio u can listen the bayrak international on FM 87.8 and 105 MHz.

i can undestand about your kid growing days. after reading this report .
