Maybe yours shares memory from system memory perhaps so it doesn't count? I don't really know.

Most 915 Card are intergrated and use system memory
to cheak if you enter the Bios you should see a option to set how much memory it sets aside
Please don't ask me the steps too get there as All bios are different but it dosent' take a degree in comp Science to work out. this means the bandwith is going too be ( at Max ) what ever the memory bandwith is

the 915 is a Very basic card hence why it Fitted too lot of newish PC (Cheap)
it not ment to be a all sing and dancing card but is use for general PC ie a little browsing; using Office; and a few games at low Detail

the Cards your quoting in the Graph are the Fastest Currently avialble and cost in the region of £500 for the Card Alone ( well My 8800 GTX did when I bought it 6months ago )
where as most PC that have a 915 fitted too them can be bought for less that £500

Worth Checking that you have a PCI Express Slot before buying the card as alot of the Cheaper Mainboards with intergrated Grafix Don't
What do you need a fater card for (Gaming, CAD) and what the buget
