President Mehmet Ali Talat will leave the Republic today for Sweden and Finland for talks on the EU’s Direct Trade Regulation.
The President will first visit Sweden where he will meet the Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt.
He is also scheduled to attend a meeting at the International Relations Institute.

President Talat will later go on to Finland for a meeting with the Finnish Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva.
The President will return to the TRNC on Friday
