How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

TO T_C

Postby zan » Sun Jun 24, 2007 2:02 pm

T_C I hope you write your piece as honestly as you can without the need to feel guilty. There are people on this forum that think that we cannot face our ghosts but we have never tried to hide from them. We have used words like out of the pan into the fire but they never listen to what we are trying to tell them and only hear what they want to hear. The notion that all our troubles will be over within the "RoC" is just a complete misconception of what we are really going through. We have said to them that given the choice we will always choose Turkey over a unfair and disrespectful "RoC" just seems to go over their heads. I have said many times that once the problem of recognition or the embargoes are sorted out then we can take care of things internaly and that the oppression of old from Turkey is getting less and less every day buut they hear something completly different. We have more than one front to fight as TCs and they each have to be tackled in different ways. The "RoC" is one of them and our rights within it that are being bypassed. Turkey is another and I think we might have a few more.

The fact is that they seem to want to throw their stones through already broken glass in their own glass house. Their problems are there for all to see and their oppression is what they should be worrying about. The politicians that get sacked for speaking up. The people that get arrested for selling their own property etc......

Anyway, my wife and children are waiting by the door whilst I write this. I have to take my children to a model airplane show on a bloody sunday in the UK. Oh the joys of parenting.........

Are we trying to prevent a man from telling it the way he saw it Zan?
Are we trying to avoid another heart attack as the one you suffered from Kikapu's story, while you were expecting him to "open his eyes and see the Devilish greeks" after his visit?

Nobody felt the need to open a new thread for the forthcoming story of T_C. ONLY YOU ZAN. ONLY YOU!!!!!

To make sure he will not miss "your advice"

turkish_cypriot wrote in the thread titled "Cyprus 1974-2007 (33 Years of Turkish Occupation)":
...............İm going to write my own report when İ get back cos this holiday of mine is turning out to be a real eye opener. İ think everyones right but at the same time wrong on a lot of issues (both TCs and GCs).

İm not going to write anything else because İ dont want people to misunderstand..................

Since then, we have had a number of members giving T_C 'tips' and a little 'guidence' for his forthcoming story.

I say we leave him alone to write it the way he sees it - if its anything like Kikapu's time in Cyprus post which had over 700 replies, then we are in for a treat (and here I'm talking about the way it was written rather than its content which was argued from pillar to post).

Basically what triggered Zan is what T_C said afterwards i.e that the TCs feel between 2 crashing stones on one side TURKEY and on the other side the GCs. I bet you know which part will cause a new heart attack to Zan, "the Turk of Cyprus" as he likes to call himself. Hence the need to warn him with a brand new topic that T_C might find hard to miss

I know that feelings and emotions run high when discussing anything to do with the Cypprob - and when you have a first-hand account in the offering I guess people are jostling to make sure the content is to their liking !

We'll all have to be patient and see how the story unfolds.

You know I do sometimes see some intelligence coming from you Pyro but the rest of the time you seem not to be able to put a thought together. It is like that story you told us about the aged roofer that you stood and watched putting the tiles on and you did not even notice that they were going on wrong. You then told us the story and could not even see that telling us that the woman, whose house it was had to point it out to all you professionals. You want to make his boss sound as if he was the one that was doing wrong and you made a right prat of yourself.

Here on this thread you are doing exactly the same thing. You really cannot string two thoughts together can you? If I did not want T_C to miss the message do you not think that I would have used the PM service? Do you not think that I could have threatened or advised or influenced him in private. Do you play chess by any chance? I would love to play a game with you for money.....name the sum

What I think is that you are having the heart attack because my post was meant to catch fish like you and here you are on the end of my hook. Stop flapping around so I can put you in the frying pan. If you were a fish I wonder what type of fish you would be? Gold fish are meant to have a memory that lasts about a few seconds so maybe you would be a goldfish. You seem to forget from one moment to the next how much of a prat you made of yourself last time so that would fit. I think that you would probably be a dolphin though. You seem to have a fair amount of intelligence but at the sight of a fish you will do stupid tricks for anyone.

3 paragraphs 2 1/2 nonsense. Good score Zany.

a)The story about the man who was placing tiles. Who told you that I was there as an employee/a professional on tiles/a decorator/ or even the owner? All these were your assumptions. Who told you the very light water lines in the tiles were easily recognisable by anyone (especially from a distance) other than the one who bought/chose them (in that case the lady owner). Finally who told you my interest was on the tiles themselves.?I already said my interest was how fast the worker was placing them...

Lets move to your half nonsense. No I don't play chess and never heard anyone betting money on chess. I play tavli as a good Cypriot that I am, and yes I heard some people betting money on tavli trusting their luck.

To your second nonsense:

Excuses you wanted to cash fish...  The fact is on second thought you realised you made a blunt mistake. Yes you could have sent a PM, you could have replied inside other topics as everyone else did. But you never did. Because you are thinking soooo deep just like a fish  .

Like I said 2 1/2 out of 3. This is what you ARE Zany.

The best description of Zans posts so far - nonsense.

Let TC speak his mind Zan and shut up.
